Remote Freight Agent Job Position

Position Accountabilities:

• 

  Generate monthly revenue and profit

• 

  Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline

• 

  Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation marketplace

• 

  Collaborating with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs

• 

  Assisting to prepare carrier with loads

• 

  Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients

  Excellent problem solving abilities

  Manage customer pipeline within CRM

• 

  Proficient negotiating skills

  2+ years in Transportation and Logistics

• 

  Established book of business preferred
