Initiates sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
Builds robust customer base and delivers on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry trends and competition
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships ensuring consistent freight for delivery.
Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and listening skills both in person and over the phone.
Demonstrates ability to qualify and contact new customers to acquire for company growth.
At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced sales environment.
Ability to negotiate effectively.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Engages and commits to team building exercises and leadership meetings.
